Many athletes train hard and never get the results they desire. Futility is defined as doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. Kinetic Excellence uses the S.M.A.R.T method of training to get the results that athletes need to be successful in today’s highly competitive sports arena.
S.M.A.R.T. training employs specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time restricted criterion to track how an athlete is improving in both his/her training and sport. All exercises and training drills are designed to specifically and noticeably impact the performance of our athletes in their sport.
Professional and elite athletes have access to fulltime training and support. Athletes striving to achieve the next level need this same measure of sport-specific development. We teach our athletes to train efficiently and effectively, to exercise, adapt and grow to compete at the highest level. Kinetic Excellence teaches athletes how to excel.
KE athletes stay on target to achieve their goals using periodized programs and objective measurements of key fitness indicators including photographic evidence. After an athlete’s initial assessment, we discuss their goals and objectives together. Specific benchmarks are determined, goals are plotted, and the training begins.
